Arinos Team analysed the titles and designed a new automation based workflow system. Arinos software team developed the conversion and validation tools based on the complex categories.
1. Arinos conversion tool automatically converts the special characters and symbols into entities. Also the conversion tool adds tag for the known styles and delivers the partially converted xml and epub files.
2. Similarly the batch validation tool of xml validates the batch of xml files against the client specific DTD and batch validation tool for epub ensures the files are as per IDPF current standards.
The above two process resulted in reduction of the 50% manual intervention.
XSLT have been used for viewing the final file in browser. This resulted in checking the content and styles which in turn assures the final quality of the deliverables to the standard 99.995% accuracy level.
For Adobe PDF, Web PDF and cover deliverables, Arinos has developed an inhouse scripting tool which reduces the manual intervention in time consuming processes like linking, bookmarking and the size creation process in the PDF creation process, preview and thumbnail process for the creation of covers
As a result of the change in workflow and introduction of automation tools, Arinos was able to deliver more than 500 titles in XML, ePUB, Adobe PDF, Web PDF and Cover formats with 99.995% accuracy in a short period of time.
